When you purchase an Expert Advisor, indicator, or other software product from XTraders, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that software — you are not purchasing the software itself, and ownership of the underlying code, strategy logic, and all intellectual property remains with Dekey Technologies UK Ltd at all times.
Your license is tied to the PIN issued to you at the time of purchase, and is subject to the instance limits, duration, and terms shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout.
We offer refunds under the following conditions, and both must be true:

This reflects the nature of digital software — once delivered or activated, it cannot practically be "returned" the way a physical product can.

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not remove, any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer protection law. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may have a legal right to cancel a digital content purchase — but this right is typically lost once you expressly agree to immediate access/download and acknowledge that doing so forfeits your cancellation right, which you do at checkout.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dekey Technologies UK Ltd shall not be liable for any trading losses, loss of profit, loss of capital, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, any XTraders product or service.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and PIN, and for all activity under them. Notify us immediately at help@xtraders.co.uk if you suspect unauthorized use.
While we work to keep our licensing servers, dashboard, and related services reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, including any impact this may have on automated trading features that depend on a connection to our servers.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products or services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on our website where reasonably practicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
